Key Job Responsibilities ● Develop and execute visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums including digital ads, social media, websites, presentations, email campaigns, and print collateral ● Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive branding across all channels ● Interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into effective designs aligned with brand guidelines. ● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality. ● Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas. ● Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy in layout, typography, and color. Basic Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications Basic Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field ● 2+ years of professional graphic design experience. ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). ● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and applications. ● Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. ● Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback. Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro). ● Familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and basic HTML/CSS. ● Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. ● Knowledge of UI/UX principles and accessibility in design.
